This module covers the topic of chemical equilibrium. While equilibrium appears to be a static state it's not! We'll see that dynamic equilibrium consists of a state in which forward and reverse reactions occur simultaneously at the same rate, making the the concentrations of reactants and products appear to be static. This material is covered in Chapter 15 of Brown.
