The focus of this module, stoichiometry, is the heart of any chemistry course. It begins with writing and balancing chemical equations, and then introduces precipitation, neutralization, redox and combustion reactions. Stoichiometry and stoichiometric conversion are then introduced and used to predict limiting reactants and theoretical yields. Finally, quantitative chemical analysis is discussed. Please bring your a periodic table and solubility chart to class as I'll be referring to them frequently. This material is covered in Chapter 4 of Flowers et al. (2017)
