Lecture 7, 'Overview of reaction mechanisms', introduces three basic types of organic reactions, substitution, addition and elimination, and six basic mechanisms, SN1, SN2, nucleophilic addition, electrophilic addition, E1 and E2, by which those reactions proceed.
